​Marco has over 10 years of experience in analytical development and GMP quality control, spanning pharmaceutical QC, viral vectors, and molecular biology. ​

He has built and led AD and QC teams and has delivered the planning and establishment of new analytical laboratories. ​

Marco joined DINAMIQS as Head of QC and AD in 2021. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing, including Site Manager and Head of Quality Control for a newly established Swiss laboratory. ​

He holds a PhD in Biochemistry and an MSc from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
