Martin has led many growth and transformation journeys in life sciences, both during his time in the industry and in consultancy. Martin joined DINAMIQS as CEO in 2024. Prior to this, he was Chief Transformation Officer of Rentschler Biopharma SE and CEO of Rentschler US, where he led the build out of new GMP facilities and supported clients through PPQ campaigns. ​

​Prior to that, Martin led McKinsey & Company‘s medical product operations in Europe and consulted clients around the world, mostly on biopharma operations, including manufacturing, supply chain and quality.​

Martin has a PhD in engineering from the Berlin University of Technology.
