Prior to joining DINAMIQS, Kathrin spent 13 years with SIRION Biotech, now part of Revvity Inc., most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Business. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in transforming the start-up into a profitable worldwide leader in viral vector technologies for cell and gene therapy culminating in a successful exit. In addition, she serves as an independent strategic advisor to life science organizations, supporting commercial operations as well corporate strategy. 

With a strong scientific foundation combined with deep commercial acumen, Kathrin is passionate about implementing structures and strategies that enable sustainable, long-term growth. She holds a PhD and a diploma in Molecular Biology and Biomedical Sciences from the Universities of Marburg and Würzburg. Kathrin is a German citizen.
