Sabine Kuratli, joined DINAMIQS as Head of Manufacturing & MSAT in 2026. She is a passionate manufacturing and CMC leader with more than 20 years of experience in biopharmaceutical development, GMP manufacturing, and Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT).

Throughout her career, Sabine has developed extensive expertise in designing and executing phase-appropriate CMC strategies, leading process development, technology transfer, scale-up, process validation, regulatory CMC activities, and lifecycle management across the product lifecycle-from early clinical development through commercial manufacturing. She has built this expertise through leadership and CMC roles at organizations including Crucell, Johnson & Johnson (JnJ) and small biotech companies as well as the Global Health Organisation “Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations” (CEPI).

She has led global manufacturing networks and cultivated strong partnerships with CDMOs and multidisciplinary teams to establish robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.

Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, Sabine is dedicated to advancing innovative cell and gene therapies and delivering high-quality medicines to patients in need.

Sabine earned her PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Bern, Switzerland.
