Ole is a seasoned biotech CDMO business development professional with over two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining DINAMIQS, he was the Global Head of Business Development at Celonic AG, with responsiblities for licensing, marketing, and alliance management.

With his passion for transforming small CDMOs into mature mid-to-large scale entities, through culture, processes, and business growth, he will help bring DINAMIQS to the next level of growth.
