DINAMIQS welcomes two new leadership team members

Franziska Riesen Fuchs joins as Head Operational Readiness. Dr. Franziska Riesen Fuchs has over 20 years of experience in the pharma and CDMO industry. Prior to joining DINAMIQS, she held different strategic and operational functions at Lonza and Roche, including QA, manufacturing and external manufacturing positions. In addition, she has experience with strategic projects such as acquisition & integration, design and build of clinical and commercial Drug Product facilities. Franziska has a PhD from ETH Zürich in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Franziska is a Swiss citizen.

Martin Salellas joins as Head of Production and MSAT. Martin Salellas is a seasoned biotech professional with extensive experience across various sectors of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Before joining DINAMIQS, Martin served as Head of MSAT for a monoclonal antibody CDMO and, more recently, as Head of Manufacturing for a leading CDMO specializing in AAV production. He has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Buenos Aires. Martin is an Argentinian citizen.
