Franziska brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and CDMO industry. She joined DINAMIQS as Head of Operational Readiness in 2024 and became Head of Manufacturing and MSAT in 2026. Previously, she led Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and External Manufacturing teams at Roche and Lonza, driving operational excellence in both clinical and commercial settings.​

In addition to her operational leadership, Franziska has played a key role in strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations, as well as the design and construction of clinical and commercial drug product manufacturing facilities.​

Franziska has a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from ETH Zürich.​
