Successful implementation of the Stunner

We are excited to share the successful implementation of the Stunner, an instrument that combines spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and light scattering (SLS and DLS) to detect aggregates, assess genomic and viral capsid titers, and determine empty/full ratio of rAAV samples in one single measurement.

“In our experience, the Stunner is a rapid, high-throughput, and low-volume tool that can be applied to research, manufacturing, and QC environments. It could be seamlessly integrated into our workflows and promote a fast exchange of data with our downstream colleagues to further accelerate process development”, says Helena Martins our Scientist for Analytical Development.
