Florian has over 10 years of experience in viral vector process development, with expertise in downstream process of lentiviral and AAV gene therapy products. He joined DINAMIQS as Head of Downstream Development in 2021. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Scientist at leading European organizations Cell & Gene Therapy Catapult and Celonic Group. ​

Florian holds a PharmD from Paris Descartes University and an MSc from Paris-Sud University. His PharmD residency provided broad exposure, including pharmacology and toxicology labs, radiopharmaceutical controls, and hospital-based preparation, quality control, and release of sterile injectables such as antibody-drug conjugates for clinical trials.​
