Prior to joining DINAMIQS, Karim was the Senior Director of Business Development at Ascend Advanced Therapies. He excels at aligning organizational capabilities with client needs to drive success in quality-assured manufacturing solutions. He has a record of enabling strategic partnerships and is committed to fostering mutually beneficial collaborations by delivering quality-driven gene therapies with the patient in mind.

Karim started his career in the lab at the National Research Council of Canada before taking on commercial roles with various companies in both San Francisco and Boston, where he now resides. He has a degree in Biology from McGill University.
