Karim has over 25 years of diverse business development experience within the biotechnology sector. He excels at aligning organizational capabilities with client needs to drive success in process development and manufacturing environments. He has a record of enabling strategic partnerships and is committed to fostering mutually beneficial collaborations with the patient in mind.​

He joined DINAMIQS as Head of Business Development, Americas in 2025. Prior to this, Karim was the Senior Director of Business Development at Ascend Advanced Therapies.  He started his career in the lab at the National Research Council of Canada before taking on commercial roles with various companies in both San Francisco and Boston. ​

​He has a degree in Biology from McGill University.
