Kathrin brings over a decade of leadership experience in viral vector technologies. She joined DINAMIQS as Head of Business Development, EU and APAC in 2026. Prior to this, she spent 13 years at SIRION Biotech, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Business, where she helped transform the start-up into a profitable global leader in cell and gene therapy, culminating in a successful exit.​

She holds a PhD and a diploma in Molecular Biology and Biomedical Sciences from the Universities of Marburg and Würzburg.
