Krzysztof joined DINAMIQS in 2022 and was appointed Head of Technical Operations in June 2023, leading the strategic build-out of DINAMIQS’ cutting-edge GMP manufacturing facility for gene therapy products. He brings over 15 years of experience spanning pharmaceutical development, GMP manufacturing, and technical operations. ​

​Krzysztof has held senior leadership roles in the biotech sector and gained experience in global clinical and commercial pharmaceutical operations at Seattle Genetics, where he built a strong foundation in cross-functional manufacturing and product lifecycle management. He has been involved in global multi-company projects and asset acquisitions.​

​Krzysztof holds a PhD in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University.​
