Krzysztof joined DINAMIQS in 2022 and was appointed Head of Technical Operations in June 2023, leading the strategic build-out of DINAMIQS’ cutting-edge GMP manufacturing facility for gene therapy products. Earlier in his career, Krzysztof gained global experience in clinical pharmaceutical operations while serving as Head of CMC and Head of Pharmaceutical Development in the biotech sector, where he was responsible for end-to-end CMC strategies, supply chain operations and led cross-functional teams through clinical development phases. Prior to that he gained global experience in clinical and commercial pharmaceutical operations with Seagen (formerly Seattle Genetics).

His experience spans small molecules and biologics, with proven success in managing CDMOs, launching new products, and maintaining compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Krzysztof holds a PhD in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University and is a Polish and Swiss citizen.
