Before joining DINAMIQS, Martin was Chief Transformation Officer of Rentschler Biopharma SE and CEO of Rentschler’s US biopharma business and operations. In this role he also overlooked the company’s largest investment project, the construction of a brand-new (c)GMP CDMO facility. Prior to that, Martin led McKinsey’s medical products operations service line in Europe, working with leading life science companies across strategy, operations and R&D. Prior to his seven years with McKinsey & Company, Martin held several positions in the healthcare supply chain industry.

Martin started his professional career as a lecturer at the Berlin University of Technology where he also received his PhD in engineering.
