Setting up the AKTA Avant
We are excited to announce the setup of the AKTA Avant 150, a chromatography system that will enable us to efficiently process the material produced in our pilot 50L single-use bioreactors.
Our downstream process development expert, Florian Leseigneur says, “With this new system, we will be able to supply viral vectors for large animal studies and validate the critical process parameters prior to scaling up to GMP manufacturing.”
